Ingredients
Polyurethane acrylate oligomer, 2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate esters, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, TPO.
Instructions
Apply over UV polish or hardened gel colour. Do not catalyze the blooming gel immediately. Have fun making designs and leave it on, you'll see that your design will dilute/diffuse and expand. When you like the look, cure it under your lamp for 30 seconds. Apply your finish on top.
Keep the bottle away from sunlight or UV or LED lamps, as the product may harden.
